RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns

If there any concerns with your order then please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with following details:

> The order number

> Product you wish to return

> Reason of returning the product

If the order qualifies for the return, we will email you back and the items must be returned with the original product tags attached.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Final sale items, personalized pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our jewelry is crafted with care using sterling silver, gold vermeil, and high-quality materials.

However, due to the delicate nature of jewelry:

We do not offer warranties against normal wear and tear.
Tarnishing, scratches, bent bands, broken chains, or stone loss due to misuse are not covered.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect all warranty claims.

Improper care may shorten the lifespan of your jewelry and void eligibility for returns or exchanges.
